We cover that chain end to end. The same judgement that sets the requirement upstream checks that it has been met at go-live.
With one direct consequence: we do not recommend what we would not know how to run. That is what makes our advice usable.

The target process is documented before the solution is chosen. Every departure from the standard is examined: the real need, the alternative, the cost of maintaining it.

Every requirement carries an owner, an acceptance criterion and the test that will verify it. Conformity with the need is demonstrated, not declared.

A successful transformation is not recognised by its slide decks, but by milestones passed against verified criteria, reconciled data, documented interfaces and a process people actually use.
So we work on the ground: business workshops, configuration reviews, test scripts, regression campaigns, go-live support. That is where the gaps surface, and where they cost least to deal with.
